FAQ

How are prints shipped?

All prints are secured in a plastic bag and includes a bio card of the print with a personal "thank you" written by Jamie N, if you'd like something else to be written on the card (such as "Happy Birthday") please contact Jamie Nole as soon as print is purchased. Prints are shipped flat in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. Prints shipped everywhere else are shipped in 4” mailing boxes due to shipping facilities puncturing the flat boards in the past and not being covered by insurance.

but I won’t accept anything other than credit card payment via the site here. I will not be dealing with cheques as that’s a common scam tactic, along with the message I’m always being sent
“hurry it’s for my ‘wedding’/’anniversary’!” I know you’re a scam with that silly stuff.

Refunds

No refunds unless, you refuse your package and it is sent back to me. You will be sent a partial refund of the total amount of the product(s), not the shipping & handling fees that I paid for.

Print arrived damaged

If your print arrived damaged please reach out to me to send me pictures of the damage with the postal info so I can report it to Canada Post for a refund & insurance. Send the product back to me and I’ll be able to send you a new print.

How many people are on your team?

One, Jamie Nole. She designs and creates all the work you see for sale on this site, handles the shipping and handling of each parcel, maintains the website, and is talking in third person here.

Please be forgiving if your parcel is not arriving as fast as you’d like. Jamie is a hardworking mother who sometimes has to deal with sick kids.

What does Injane mean ?

Injane was a nickname created in 2005 which took my initials J and N and placed together into a word that I could use on my first business venture as a teenager - which was making custom social media banners for a site called Bebo, in return the customer would send me 3 “luv” which people were only limited to 3 a day, and I was able to rack up over 1000 of these hearts called “luv” on my bebo page. I sure wish I had a screenshot of this old venture before the site Bebo was sold many times and failed all of those times unfortunately.

I also used the nickname on many of my online gaming accounts in the past but now changed it.

I do love my name, Jamie Nole, I just wanted to stick out since first name Jamie and last name Nole are common names I had to get creative. I did end up in school with girls with the same name as me but in different spelling variations and with no relation to those girl.
